  • 1 package frozen dumplings (1215 dumplings)
  • 2 tablespoons chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas)
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a splash of oil.
  • Place the frozen dumplings in the skillet and fry for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  • Add a splash of water, cover, and steam for 5 minutes.
  • Remove the lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes to crisp up.
  • Mix chili oil, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
  • Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • Assemble by placing dumplings in a bowl, topping with vegetables, and drizzling with chili oil.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve hot.
