- 1 package frozen dumplings (12–15 dumplings)
- 2 tablespoons chili oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas)
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a splash of oil.
- Place the frozen dumplings in the skillet and fry for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add a splash of water, cover, and steam for 5 minutes.
- Remove the lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes to crisp up.
- Mix chili oil, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Assemble by placing dumplings in a bowl, topping with vegetables, and drizzling with chili oil.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve hot.
