  • 1 block of extra-firm tofu
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 head of butter or romaine lettuce (for cups)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu by wrapping it in a kitchen towel and placing a weight on top for 15-20 minutes.
