- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions
- Press the tofu by wrapping it in a kitchen towel and placing a weight on top for 15-20 minutes.
- Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes and coat with cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook the tofu cubes for 5-7 minutes on each side until crispy.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl to make the sauce.
- Assemble by placing tofu in lettuce leaves, drizzling with sauce, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
