Delicious and easy-to-make crispy baked tacos filled with seasoned ground beef and topped with fresh ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 12 taco shells
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic in a skillet for 3 minutes, then add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Fill taco shells with the beef mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and taco shells are golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize toppings as per your preference.
  • Make sure not to overfill the taco shells to prevent spilling.
