- 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- optional mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Place the cubed watermelon in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and lime juice to the blender.
- Blend until well combined and taste for sweetness.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Run warm water over the molds to release the pops when ready to serve.
