  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • optional mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the cubed watermelon in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and lime juice to the blender.
  • Blend until well combined and taste for sweetness.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top.
  • Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • Run warm water over the molds to release the pops when ready to serve.
