- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, season chicken with salt and pepper, and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds, then add sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning, stirring for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, add spinach, and stir until wilted. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, cover, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
