To make this Creamy Tuscan Shrimp and Spinach Bake, you’ll need the following ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, add shrimp, season, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.

- Add spinach to the sauce and stir until wilted.
