  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes (Halved.)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (For creaminess.)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves (Chopped.)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (For sautéing.)
  • 2 cloves garlic (Minced.)
  • Salt and pepper (To taste.)
  • Parmesan cheese (Optional for serving.)

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  • Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in the chopped basil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  • Serve immediately, topped with Parmesan if desired.
