- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or penne) (Your choice of pasta.)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (Halved.)
- 1 cup heavy cream (For creaminess.)
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves (Chopped.)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (For sautéing.)
- 2 cloves garlic (Minced.)
- Salt and pepper (To taste.)
- Parmesan cheese (Optional for serving.)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped basil and season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce, tossing to coat.
- Serve immediately, topped with Parmesan if desired.
