A delicious and easy salmon bake dish with creamy spinach and parmesan sauce.

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, around 2 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the salmon fillets on top of the creamy spinach mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  • Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
