Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook rotini pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, breaking it apart, then drain excess fat.
- Add Rotel tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and milk to the skillet, stir, and season. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Fold in the cooked rotini pasta until coated with the sauce.
