- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup (or homemade if you prefer)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
- for garnish Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the sauce.
- Spread any remaining sauce over the chicken, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- If using, add the broccoli florets around the chicken in the dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temperature) and the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
