  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped (optional for garnish))

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well-coated.
  • Spread the potatoes evenly in a baking dish. Pour the heavy cream over the top, ensuring they’re nicely covered.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously over the potatoes.
  • Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the cheese is golden brown.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
