- 2 pounds baby potatoes (halved)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped (optional for garnish))
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well-coated.
- Spread the potatoes evenly in a baking dish. Pour the heavy cream over the top, ensuring they’re nicely covered.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously over the potatoes.
- Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the cheese is golden brown.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
