Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef, draining excess fat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer, then add Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
