- 8 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta
- 2 lbs lobsters, cooked and meat removed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Start by cooking the pasta according to package instructions. Make sure to salt the water generously.
- While the pasta cooks, heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Next, add the cooked lobster meat to the sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
- Once the pasta is ready, drain it and add it directly to the skillet with the sauce. Toss everything together.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
