  • 2 lbs lobsters, cooked and meat removed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  • Start by cooking the pasta according to package instructions. Make sure to salt the water generously.
  • While the pasta cooks, heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts and the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Next, add the cooked lobster meat to the sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
  • Once the pasta is ready, drain it and add it directly to the skillet with the sauce. Toss everything together.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
