Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
