- 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Return shrimp to the skillet, coating them in the sauce. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
