- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. You should get around 20 meatballs.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the meatballs in batches.
- Cook for about 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.
- Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the heavy cream, chicken broth, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until combined.
- Return the meatballs to the skillet, cover, and let simmer for about 10-12 minutes until the sauce thickens and the meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve the meatballs hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
