- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Sear each side for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the seared chicken in the skillet. Make sure to coat each piece well.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
