- 3 tablespoons butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- for garnish Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This ensures your fries get that perfect golden crunch.

- Bake the fries for about 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- While the fries are baking, heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven. Serve the creamy garlic butter chicken over the fries and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
