A comforting dish featuring tender chicken in a creamy garlic sauce, served with crispy golden fries.

  • Total Time: 50

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • for garnish Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This ensures your fries get that perfect golden crunch.
  • Prepare the fries by tossing them in olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake the fries for about 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • While the fries are baking, heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the skillet. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven. Serve the creamy garlic butter chicken over the fries and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
