Instructions
- Cook ditalini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Dice cucumber, bell peppers, red onion, and halve cherry tomatoes.
- Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl for the dressing.
- Combine cooled pasta, chopped vegetables, and dressing in a large mixing bowl and toss gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
