  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 unit lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 unit lemon, zested (optional)

Instructions

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. Pour heavy cream into the skillet, scraping up brown bits from the bottom.
  • Add peas, dill, lemon juice, and zest. Stir and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve warm, garnished with extra dill.
