This Creamy Cowboy Soup Recipe features a blend of hearty ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
