  • 1 can coconut milk (13.5 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or agave syrup)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
