  • 1 bell pepper, diced (red or green)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • Cooked rice or pasta for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the sausage for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, and adjust seasoning.
  5. Serve over cooked rice or pasta and garnish with chopped parsley.
