- 1 pound Cajun sausage (or your choice of sausage)

- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Start by cooking the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, sautéing until they become tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, stirring frequently.
- Slice the Cajun sausage and add it to the skillet. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
