Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients.
- Cook fettuccine or spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
- Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
- Cook chicken in olive oil until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and sauté garlic in the skillet.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to make the sauce.
- Combine sliced chicken with pasta and sauce.
- Season to taste and serve garnished with parsley.
