Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked pasta (like penne or rotini)
- 1 cup frozen peas (or any veggies you prefer)
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. About 5-7 minutes.
- Add the diced onions and garlic, cooking until the onions are translucent. This should take another 3-4 minutes.
- If using, toss in the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 3 minutes, allowing them to soften.
- Pour in the heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and frozen peas, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes. Ensure everything is well-combined and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy your creamy creation!
