Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Mix heavy cream, chopped spinach, and half of the Asiago cheese in a bowl.
- Pour sauce over chicken, top with remaining Asiago cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Check chicken internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), then rest before serving.
