- 2 cans of sweet corn, drained
- 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of crushed cornflakes (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and melted butter in a bowl. Add corn, cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; combine well.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread the corn mixture evenly.
- Optional: sprinkle crushed cornflakes on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- For a crunchier texture, use crushed cornflakes on top.
- Feel free to adjust the seasonings to taste.
