- For the chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

- 3 cups Doritos (Nacho Cheese flavor), crushed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Prepare the filling:
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Prepare the chicken:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese and bacon mixture, making sure the filling is evenly distributed. Use toothpicks to secure the opening if needed.
- Coat the chicken:
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Place the crushed Doritos in another shallow bowl.
- Dip each stuffed chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat it with the crushed Doritos, pressing lightly to adhere the crumbs to the chicken.
- Bake:
- Place the coated chicken breasts onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C) and the coating is golden brown.
- Serve:
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra green onions if desired.
