Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, cranberries, onion, garlic, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown the balls on all sides for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a baking dish, pour chicken broth over, and bake for 10 minutes.
