- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
- 1/2 cup melted butter

- Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll phyllo dough, cover with a damp towel, and brush each layer with melted butter.
- Cut layered phyllo into 3×3 inch squares, place brie, cranberry sauce, and nuts in the center.
- Fold corners over filling, pinching to seal, and brush tops with melted butter.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool, garnish with herbs if desired, and serve.
