- 1 package puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 8 oz brie cheese (cut into small pieces)
- 1 each egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- to taste fresh rosemary (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8-inch thick.
- Cut the pastry into squares, about 3 inches by 3 inches.
- Place the pastry squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each square.
- Top with a piece of brie cheese.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling, pinching to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a beautiful golden finish.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
