  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • for drizzling Olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is combined.
  • Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each salmon fillet by slicing horizontally through the thickest part, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  • Stuff each salmon pocket generously with the crab and shrimp mixture. Secure the openings with toothpicks if necessary.
  • Place the stuffed salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with a little more salt and pepper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flaky. You can check doneness by using a fork to gently flake the salmon.
  • Let the salmon rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious crab and shrimp stuffed salmon!
