  • 1 pound crab meat (lump or claw)
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: chop onion, mince garlic, and dice potatoes.
  2. Melt butter in a large pot and sauté onion until translucent, then add garlic.
  3. Add corn and potatoes, cooking for about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and cook on low for 5 minutes.
  6. Fold in crab meat and Old Bay seasoning, simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Ladle into bowls and garnish with parsley.
