  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep the Bread
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the tops off each garlic bread loaf and gently hollow out the centers, leaving enough crust to form a sturdy shell.

  2. Make the Alfredo Sauce
    In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil or butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce thickens.

  3. Add Crab Meat
    Gently fold in the cooked crab meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the mixture heat through for 2–3 minutes.

  4. Stuff the Bread Boats
    Spoon the crab Alfredo filling generously into the hollowed garlic bread loaves, spreading it evenly and slightly pressing down to fill.

  5. Bake Until Golden
    Place the filled bread boats on a baking sheet. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbling.

Notes

Use fresh lump crab meat for the best flavor, but canned crab can be a budget-friendly alternative.
