  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • Additional cookies for topping (optional)
  • Whipped cream for serving (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the crushed cookies.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with whipped cream and cookie crumbles.
