- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peas, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pea mixture and gently stir to combine.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes.
- Before serving, give the salad a quick stir and taste for seasoning.
