Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté onions and green bell peppers in a skillet over medium heat until soft.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, sautéed vegetables, breadcrumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and shape it into a loaf.
- Make an indentation in the center and fill it with shredded provolone cheese.
- Spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
