  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the blueberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Mix gently to coat the blueberries.
  • Transfer the blueberry mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • In another bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until crumbly.
  • Evenly sprinkle the oat mixture over the blueberries.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbling.
