- 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the blueberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Mix gently to coat the blueberries.
- Transfer the blueberry mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until crumbly.
- Evenly sprinkle the oat mixture over the blueberries.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbling.
- Let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
