Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.

- Cook the waffles until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
- Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until soft peaks form.
- Serve waffles topped with cinnamon whipped cream and extra cinnamon.
