  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the ground cinnamon and brown sugar.
  • Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet, drizzle with cinnamon mixture.
  • Cook until bubbles form, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Make the glaze by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  • Drizzle the glaze over warm pancakes before serving.
