- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ground cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet, drizzle with cinnamon mixture.
- Cook until bubbles form, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Make the glaze by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over warm pancakes before serving.
