- 1 can (12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Open the can of cinnamon rolls and set the icing aside. Cut each roll into quarters.
- Spread the cinnamon roll pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Pour this mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces.
- Drizzle the maple syrup over the top and sprinkle with pecans and raisins if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and set. Let it cool for a few minutes.
- Warm the reserved icing and drizzle over the bake before serving. Enjoy!
