  • 1 can (12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Open the can of cinnamon rolls and set the icing aside. Cut each roll into quarters.
  • Spread the cinnamon roll pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Pour this mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces.
  • Drizzle the maple syrup over the top and sprinkle with pecans and raisins if using.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and set. Let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Warm the reserved icing and drizzle over the bake before serving. Enjoy!
