  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk.
  6. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
  7. Layer half of the batter, sprinkle with half the cinnamon-sugar, add remaining batter, sprinkle with remaining cinnamon-sugar, and swirl.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool for 10 minutes and drizzle with glaze.
