Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the steak on medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side, then let it rest before slicing.
  3. Chop the cucumber, bell pepper, avocado, halve the cherry tomatoes, and finely chop the red onion.
  4. In a large bowl, combine salad greens, chopped vegetables, and feta cheese, then add sliced steak.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and toss gently to combine.
