- 1 cup grated zucchini (about 1 small zucchini)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and oil, then add eggs and vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in grated zucchini and chocolate chips.
- Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool muffins in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

- Swap whole wheat flour for a nuttier flavor.
