Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
- Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add the egg and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, then fold in zucchini and chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
