- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Whisk until everything is well blended.
- Cover the bowl and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, stir the mixture again to break up any clumps.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Once set, give it a good stir before serving. Portion into cups or jars.
- Top with your favorite fruits or nuts before enjoying!
