Instructions

  • Start by preparing the crust. In a bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Allow it to cool completely.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar, mixing until combined.
  • Fold in the whipped topping gently until well blended. This adds a light, airy texture to the filling.
  • Spread the peanut butter mixture into the cooled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
