Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until you have a smooth batter.
- If you’re feeling extra indulgent, fold in the chocolate chips now.
- Microwave on high for 40-60 seconds. Keep an eye on it — you want it to rise and look set, but the center should still be gooey.
- Let it cool for a minute. Then, enjoy the molten center by digging in with a spoon!
