- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
- 1/2 cup Nutella (or any hazelnut spread)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine hazelnut flour, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Fill each muffin cup halfway with the cookie batter. Then, place a teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each cup and cover it with more batter until full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the edges look firm but the center is still soft.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before carefully removing from the tin.
- Serve warm, and enjoy the gooey chocolate center!
